We design and oversee the manufacturing of everything we sell. We do not dropship from third parties and we do not offshore customer service.

How we can help
- Minimum order
- None. We quote any quantity.
- Names per run
- A different name on every piece, personalized in a single production run.
- Logos and artwork
- Yes, with or without additional personalization. Send the file with your inquiry and we will confirm it on the quote.
- Production time
- Five to eight business days. Larger runs can need a rush option to hold that window, quoted with your pricing.
- Shipping
- Bulk to one address, or to each recipient's home. Per-address delivery is quoted with your order.
- Where we ship
- The United States only, from our own studio in Southern California.

Email the item, the quantity and the date you need it by. We return volume pricing and confirm the lead time.
Send the name list
One spreadsheet, one row per piece, names or initials.
We produce and personalize
Personalized in a single run, so every piece in the order matches.
We ship from our studio
Lead times and terms
Production and transit times
Blank items ship in 1–2 business days, then 3–5 days in transit. Personalized items add 5–8 business days of production.
Rush and expedited orders
Rush production and expedited shipping are available and quoted on request. Ask for the quote before placing the order.
Shipping coverage
We ship within the United States only.
If we make an error
We fix mistakes in shipping or personalizing at no cost to you.
