The shoes get their own room.
A zippered, lined compartment at one end takes the cleats, or the dress shoes that crossed a parking garage, and nothing else you packed has to know about it. The rest is washed cotton canvas with faux leather where it wears. Add a name to the side, and it is yours at the gym on Tuesday and out of town on Friday.
Heavyweight washed cotton canvas, contrasting trim, and antiqued pewter hardware give it a relaxed, polished look. Carry it by the handles for a quick stop, or attach the canvas shoulder strap when you need a hand free for your coffee or suitcase.
